We offer a complete line of quality precast septic tanks, grease traps and sand oil separators for both commercial and/or residential use.  Our precast concrete tanks are designed by structural engineers to UPC/ASTM standards.  We have several tank styles, Standard, Monolithic, Norweco and AdvanTex.  Our Monolithic septic tanks are Iapmo approved and UPC certified.  All tanks are manufactured at our Escalon facility.

Septic tank sizes: 1200, 1500 and 1900 gallon Standard and 1250, 1500 and 2000 gallon Monolithic.

AdvanTex tank sizes: 1,250*, 1,500, and 2,000 gallon Monolithic with 24 inch and 30 inch  Orenco riser adapters cast in lid. *1250 approved for recerculation or dosing tank only.*

Norweco Singulair System tank sizes: 500, 750, 1000, and 1250 GPD - Must be installed by Norweco certified installer.

Grease Traps – 2 Compartment are available in 1200, 1500 and 1900 gallon Standard and 1250, 1500 and 2000 gallon Monolithic.  Traffic rated available on Monolithic Grease Traps.

Sand/Oil Separators – 3 Compartment are available in 1250 gallon Monolithic and 1500 gallon Standard.  Traffic rated available in both styles.

Tank prices include sales tax, delivery and setting into your pre-dug hole.  Our delivery area includes the counties of Alameda, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Fresno, Mariposa, Madera, Merced, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus and Tuolumne.
